Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. Because our fragrances contain alcohol, they are classified as hazardous materials for transport and can only travel by ground. For this reason, we cannot ship internationally or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
Processing time. Orders are prepared within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery time and rates.
- Ground Shipping: 3-5 business days after shipment - $8.00
- Free Ground Shipping on orders of $120.00 or more
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Packaging. Every bottle is sealed and cushioned to arrive safely, in packaging that meets carrier requirements for fragrances.
Delays. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will notify you by email and offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Lost or stolen packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mikhaya Brand is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will help however we can.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
